Zone Frontier to consolidate shares 60-for-1 on Oct. 30

Zone Frontier has approved a 1-for-60 reverse stock split that will take effect on Oct. Every 60 existing common shares will be combined into one share, reducing outstanding common stock from approximately 508. 9 million shares to about 8. 48 million.

The company also said its authorized share count will be reduced proportionally, although the supplied announcement did not provide the resulting number. Zone Frontier trades on the NYSE American under the symbol ZONE.

The share consolidation comes as Zone Frontier shifts its focus from cleaning services toward AI critical infrastructure. Its near-term priority is a 40-megawatt Minnesota project that is under construction and expected to be delivered in phases beginning in the first quarter of 2027, with revenue starting when customers accept each phase.

Zone Frontier is also evaluating additional power-enabled data-center sites in Texas, North Dakota and other states. The company has described a Texas campus planned for data centers, solar generation and battery storage, while noting that development depends on conditions involving power, water, interconnection, regulatory approvals and financing.

The company has said it is seeking to establish an operating record through the Minnesota project, build relationships with an anchor tenant and obtain project-level debt financing. Its filings also warn that the AI infrastructure business is speculative, that it has limited operating experience in the data-center industry and that the transition away from cleaning services carries risks.
