Using Hyperscale Data’s common-stock closing price on Oct. 19, those holdings equaled about 166% of the company’s market capitalization. The comparison measures the value of the reported Bitcoin, cash and restricted cash against the market value of the company’s common stock; it does not include an assessment of other assets or liabilities.
The latest figure follows a Sept. 27 snapshot of 219. That earlier combined total of approximately $56 million represented about 153% of the company’s market capitalization at the time.
Hyperscale Data operates through Sentinum, which owns and operates a data center serving colocation and hosting customers. The company has been shifting its Michigan facility from Bitcoin mining toward artificial-intelligence and high-performance-computing infrastructure; mining at the site stopped Sept. 1 while the conversion proceeded.
The Michigan project is tied to an agreement covering an initial 20 megawatts over 10 years, with two five-year extension options. The company has projected more than $1. 2 billion in revenue if those extensions are exercised, but that figure depends on the options being used.
Hyperscale Data has also proposed separating its mining operations and related assets, including a Montana data center, into a new entity called Patriot BTC. The proposed separation had not been completed or approved in the latest independent coverage. Separately, the company expects to divest Ault Capital Group in 2027 through a voluntary exchange involving Series F preferred stock and ACG shares.
